Metroid Prime-style game about finding something to get over your hangover.
Find and collect 2 weapons and 4 upgrades, before facing your greatest challenge...

AFTER SUBMITTING I NOTICED THE WEB VERSION DIDN'T CAPTURE THE MOUSE. I HAD TO RE-EXPORT AS WINDOWS AND UPLOAD THAT. MY APOLOGIES!

EDIT: I have now uploaded a version that should capture the mouse when clicked! No other changes were made!

Controls:
WASD - Move
Space - Jump
Click - Attack
Q/Mouse Wheel - Switch Weapons (When they are found)

I unfortunately ran out of time, and the final cutscene piece of the game has no voiceover. This causes the text to scroll by before you can read it, unfortunately. You also cannot exit on the final screen besides Alt+f4 on the Windows version. I plan to add it all in post-jam (in a marked POST-JAM version).

There's a bug with the html version, which sometimes makes shadows not work properly. If that bothers you, please try the windows version.

I've uploaded a windows version that's gles3 that fixes the problem, I believe.

Current windows download is the post-jam version, it includes a voice line I missed, and makes the boss more fair.

Dev log will be coming in the next few days eventually!

My bones are brittle and my joints are painful forever now, but at least I cured my hangover. 10/10

Thanks for playing! Good luck with your bones and joints.

question: why does the skeleton boss respawn the player with only one heart?

(1 edit)

Because it only occurred to me that the boss' health should reset, not the player's too! That's my bad

EDIT: This is now fixed in the post-jam version
